The rooms were brand-new and great-sized, with lovely decor throughout. The location in a very enjoyable area was excellent and there were all the main shops and a supermarket nearby.

Bright accommodation with outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff members with changing arrangements. Great location, near to a railway station if needed.

Everything was excellent, I would definitely recommend. Loved my excellent stay on the menu for my next visit. The marvellous and lovely location walking distance to a railway station was just what I needed.  

Original venue, marvellous location right by the North Norfolk Railway, and the centre of town and the sea, greatly enjoyed our stay.

The location was wonderful, short walk to the beach or the nearby pine forests in Upper Sheringham as well as where there are good pubs. Visited Beeston Hill Y, one of the tourist spots, located relatively close to the hotel.  

Very special stay on the menu for my next visit, nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean hotel with pleasant and welcoming staff and well presented food. Enjoyable and absolutely superb breakfast, a great selection of food 

The location it offers is fantastic, adjacent to beach and town as well as the North Norfolk Railway. Fantastic friendly and efficient staff with changing arrangements, everything is very comfortable.  

The property's location is particularly good and amazing, right by the beach and shops, restaurants, bars, the town / sea and beach and free parking. Also, it's situated only 1 km from North Norfolk Railway.  

It offered us amazing location near to the sea and the town. We had a themed double room with a library.

It was in a central location, to the bars restaurants. The room was nice cosy and well-appointed and what's more - included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath robes.

We asked for double room and it was perfectly clean and nice styled with bunk beds. The location was great and lovely and walking distance to a railway station.

Loved spotlessly clean double room with terrace, felt like we were home. Magnificent very central location near town centre within 10 minutes, all shops and the beach and town centre.

Lovely, well-decorated rooms with a patio to relax on. The breakfast menu offers lots of choice and the full English breakfast is delicious. The host is super friendly and accommodating. Great location for those using 

The location was marvellous and stunning, within walking distance of Coast Path Walkway. The breakfast included cereals and fruit and was savoury and perfect.

Even though everything was nice, some of the staff were nasty.
